Winter Solstice Reflections

As nature slows down to preserve energy and creatures rest after feasting on nourishing berries, it's reflected to us that it's time to rest after being fully replenished.

But who genuinely feels ready for it? I don’t mean collapsing exhausted; I mean brimming with nutrients, ready to still the body and replenish each cell with a slower pace of living.

For many, this year's been a whirlwind of tasks and distractions, leaving us physically, emotionally, and mentally drained.

It's so 'normal' for humans to push beyond our limits, leaving us depleted on so many levels. When we finally come to rest, this empty space pulls on all our resources, causing imbalance.

So, how are you feeling?

What's your body saying? Are you exhausted, healing, vibrant, energized?

How's your mind? Scattered, dull, overactive, or peaceful and clear?

And your soul? Do you feel connected or detached from your purpose and belonging?

Take time to inquire within.

Ask:

What nourishes me? What can I shed?

Shedding might be tough, but knowing your values will anchor you and keep you inspired.

If you're out of harmony, moving from depleting habits will take effort, be gentle and slow.

A short moment of reflection ❤️ to go deeper check out the Winter Solstice gathering

Blessings,
