Join us in this sacred online women's circle, "Womb Awakening," as we reconnect with the wisdom of the womb through remembrance and simple practices. Think of it like tuning into an ancient rhythm, one that links you to your own cycle and the collective feminine energy, past and present.

What we'll explore:

• Remembering Menarche (first bleed): Revisiting the gateway to womanhood.
• Relationship with your menstrual cycle: How we flow with the phases of life.
• Simple practices for each phase of the cycle: Tools to honor your body’s rhythms.
• Connection beyond the physical womb: Tapping into the deeper womb energy, even if you no longer bleed or are pregnant.

This circle is a supportive, safe space, where:

• You're welcome to turn your camera on or off.
• You can choose to share or simply listen—like sitting around a fire, where each voice is heard when ready.
• Sharing moments are not recorded, allowing for openness and trust.
